Office staff and mechanics were very helpful and friendly. Everyone I spoke with was diligent to help resolve my problem. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

On June 24th I took my 14ft dual axle heavy duty trailer in to have the wheel bearings packed. That work was done as agreed upon. (Cheaper than other estimates I recieved) I was notified the front axle leaf spring bushings were worn out and was given a price before I approved any labor. I am happy with the work done and feel comfortable loading the trailer and towing it. They kept me up to date every step of the way. I will use them for my diesel truck if needed.

Everyone at express went above and beyond to make sure everything on Ford Raptor Was perfect. The mechanic Todd refused to half ass anything and his attention to detail and making sure everything was to spec and perfect was Beyond what I am used to seeing in a Mechanic. The management and I had A discrepancy, but they handled it professionally and amicably with a great deal of integrity. I cannot praise this shop more

I have had my truck into XPRESS in Lindale twice, and I am so satisfied with the results of their work! After my first repair the office called me the next day to see how my truck was running, I thought this was great! After a week the office called me again to see if I was having any trouble#, in my opinion this is unheard of! I have had many vehicles in my life and done business with a lot of repair shops and I have never had as great of service as I do with XPRESS! I would like to thank Charlotte and Todd for doing such outstanding service!

I highly do not recommend this shop to anyone. After my truck being there for a month. First phone call they stated “needs a new engine based off of the way truck is cranking”. I said no…this is a fuel issue. They then turn to pulling the whole front end off because it was believed to them it was a timing issue. Owner and mechanic then falsely diagnosed truck to being “36 degrees out of time” Timing of the truck was in fact in time and not “36 degrees off”, but again still insisted truck needs new engine. Giving me no other solutions or diagnostics. While all in the process of this highly unneeded labor. My A/C system was contaminated due to improper seal of system in several locations during tear down. All in all after having my truck towed out of their shop due to very poor all around service, but still having to come out of pocket a pretty penny for absolutely nothing & wasted time. Within 24 hours fuel system was inspected and metal debris was found in fuel filters due to high pressure fuel pump having catastrophic failure. As I stated when truck was originally towed to them. Again I do not recommend to anyone with a valuable diesel truck. Given owner and mechanic diagnosed way
